- Communication: emails you send us and responses to emails we send you.

- Aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics used to understand site usage.

How we share information
When you submit a booking request, we share the request details — including your name and contact information — with IV therapy providers relevant to your request so they can respond. Avoid including sensitive health details in the open-text notes field — share those directly with your chosen provider.
Data retention
Booking requests are retained while active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted or anonymized. Provider account data is retained while the account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Your choices and rights
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You may ask us to correct or delete your personal information.
- You may opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Security
