1. What 954IV is — and isn’t

954IV is an informational directory and referral service for IV therapy providers. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing on this Site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not endorse, employ, or supervise any listed provider. Always consult a licensed medical professional before beginning any IV therapy or wellness treatment.

2. Provider listings and information accuracy

Listing information — including pricing, hours, treatments, and availability — is gathered from public sources and provider submissions. It may be outdated or incorrect. Verification badges indicate when and how information was confirmed, but we make no guarantee of accuracy. Confirm details directly with any provider before booking or paying.

3. Booking requests

Submitting a request through the Site shares your contact details with relevant providers (see our Privacy Policy). A request is not a confirmed appointment. Any resulting services, payments, and disputes are strictly between you and the provider.

4. Provider accounts

Providers may claim a listing only for a business they own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish — listings, prices, hours, and articles. We may reject, edit, or remove content and may suspend accounts that publish misleading information or misrepresent ownership. Paid placement tiers are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.

5. Content and articles

Articles published on the Site — whether by our editorial team or by providers — are general information, not medical advice. Provider-authored articles represent the views of their authors. By submitting content, providers grant 954IV a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and promote it on the Site and in related channels.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false booking requests or impersonate another person or business.
• Scrape, harvest, or republish Site content or data at scale without permission.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 954IV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY HARM ARISING FROM SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS FOUND THROUGH THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 954IV harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
